Refund policy

We work hard to make great game loot for our customers! If something shows up wrong, damaged, or you’re genuinely unhappy, email us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll make it right. Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Please contact us before returning anything.

Returns must be unused and in original condition. We don’t accept returns on gift cards, custom items, or opened Advent-ure Calendars.

Return shipping is reimbursed only when the error is ours.
