Return Policy

If something shows up wrong, damaged, or you’re genuinely unhappy, email us within 14 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right. 

Items must be unused and in original condition. We don’t accept returns on gift cards, custom items, or opened Advent-ure Calendars.

Dice Dash Hours

Dice Dash is available at Origins 2026 during exhibit hall hours (10-6 Thursday - Saturday, and 10-4 Sunday), and orders must be placed one hour before the hall closes.

ORDERS PLACED OUTSIDE THESE HOURS WILL NOT BE FULFILLED.
